Order :—In the reference 1st cited, instructions were issued that the upgraded Language Pandits Grade I in the scale of Rs.700-1200 shall be allowed fixation of pay under Fr 22-B as per the orders in vogue.
In the reference 2nd cited, the Commissioner and Director of School Education has requested to issue revised orders to the effect that all the Grade II Language Pandits who were upgraded as Grade I Language Pandits in the light of G.O.Ms.No.330, Education Dt. 10-8-83 be allowed fixation of their pay under FR 22 (B) w.e.f. the date of their actual absorption into Grade I Language Pandit post.
After careful examination of the proposals of the Commissioner and Director of School Education, Government hereby issue instructions, that all the Grade II Language Pandits who were upgraded as Grade I Pandits in terms of G.O.Ms.No.330, Education, Dt. 10-8-83 shall be allowed fixation of pay under F.R. 22 (B) w.e.f. the date of actual absorption into Grade I Pandits.
In case of any fixation already made by following any other procedure, excess payments made, if any, be adjusted from out of future payments to be made.
