Direct recruits — Stipend during the probation period.

Order :—In the G.O. read above, orders have been issued that a direct recruit who is selected for a particular post and is appointed to it shall be eligible during the period of training for the initial pay of the post which he is a trainee, with usual allowances admissible at the place of training.
Government have reviewed the position and after careful consideration hereby order that on initial appointment through direct recruitment, the employees shall be paid during the probation period only stipend equivalent to minimum of the scale of the post in which he is appointed without allowing either increments or other allowances till the completion of the probation period. Amendments to F.Rs. shall be issued separately.
These orders come into force with immediate effect.
