Rules governing the grant of earned leave, half-pay leave, commuted leave, leave not due, extraordinary leave and leave salary to State Government servants. Adopted by Telangana as the Telangana Leave Rules, 1933 after 2 June 2014.
Applies to all State Government servants except those excluded by Rule 2. Where these rules are silent the Fundamental Rules apply (Rule 5).
